Old School Draftnik here. I have been scouting, grading and ranking NFL Draft prospects for over 30 years. The scouting process I've developed mirrors a real NFL front office. I know what I like and I know it when I see it. Best scouting advice I ever received was to "Keep it Simple." Traits and Intangibles are weighed out very heavily in my scouting model. I don't get too tied up in advanced statistics or peripheral noise.
